D.I.Y. PROJECT:
MODIFICATION OF A RAF SIMONS SHIRT

THE SLEEVELESS SHIRT PROJECT I have two identical RAF SIMONS dress shirts, from two different seasons (A/W 2008 and S/S 2009). Strangely, the fit of the two differs. The oldest, which arms are a tad too short, has just been hanging in my closet, never to be used, since I bought the latter one.

Lately, I have been feeling the need for a sleeveless shirt, and suddenly, I had an epiphany: instead of buying a new one, I can just make one, myself. So, earlier today, I took action, grabbed a pair of scissors, and let the cutting begin. At first, I must admit, it felt a bit heartbreaking to "destroy" a perfectly good garment — especially one by RAF SIMONS — but I am very pleased with the end result.
